The Drop Shot Explorer Pro 5.0, used by Lucas Campagnolo, gives advanced players maximum control for extreme accuracy. This racket has a teardrop shape and low balance (control and forgiveness). With 12K carbon and medium-density foam (EVA Pro), you can put more power on every shot. Weight: 360-385 g
Skill level: Advanced/professional
The Drop Shot Explorer Pro 5.0 2023 was designed for advanced or professional players looking for improved performance (the sweet spot, pop and feel have all been optimised). This model is an excellent choice for extremely demanding players.
Playing style: all-round, tending towards control
The large sweet spot, placed higher on the head, adds power to fast shots without compromising the control that advanced players need for accurate shots to hold their own on the court.
Weight: 360-385 g.
Just like the balance point, the weight impacts a racket’s swingweight and therefore its manoeuvrability, stability and ability to transfer energy to the ball (power). The heavier the racket, the more power you’ll get, but the harder it will be to handle. Conversely, the lighter the racket, the easier it will be to handle, but the less powerful it will be.
External material: 12K carbon
Bidirectional carbon fibre (a layer with 12,000 threads). The number of threads makes the material more flexible for an excellent ball feel and durability.
